Smoother ticket workflows, a richer contractor profile, and a calmer way to invite operators to the platform.

• Assign without losing your place

  Assigning a contractor on the ticket list now updates the row in place — no more jumping to the bottom of the list.

• All contractors in the dropdown

  The ticket assignment dropdown now pulls every contractor in your workspace, and the underlying link to your contractor records was fixed so assignments actually stick.

• Five-star contractor rating

  The estimated online rating on a contractor profile is now displayed as a proper five-star tile with partial fills.

• Online presence analysis

  Open a contractor and run an online presence analysis — reputation, years active, and confidence — then apply the findings straight to the profile.

• Trade is a dropdown when editing

  Editing a contractor now uses a proper trade dropdown so entries stay consistent across the workspace.

• Waiting list for new accounts

  Sign-ups now flow into a waiting list; existing users keep their normal login. Super admins can review and approve requests from the new Waiting list screen.

• Friendlier navigation

  Menu items are pluralized and "My Property" is now "Properties" — small wording fixes that make the app feel more at home.
