Questions we get most.
What counts as a 'door'?
One leasable unit. A duplex is two doors, a single-family is one. Vacant units don't count until they're listed or occupied.
Is there an onboarding fee?
No. We help you import your roster, leases and historical payments by hand — included on every plan.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, in either direction. Yearly customers prorate cleanly when upgrading.
What does it cost contractors?
Nothing. The Contractors directory is free to join and free to use. We don't sell leads.
Do you take a cut of rent?
Never. ACH and Zelle pass through at cost. Card payments carry the standard processor fee, which we display before the tenant pays.
