Short (50 words)
Occupello is the property operating system for independent landlords, property managers, and the trades who keep buildings running. Rent ledgers, maintenance routing, applications, governance, and a public branded site — in one place, priced per door.
Long (100 words)
Occupello was founded in 2021 by operators who spent a decade managing a 200-unit portfolio by spreadsheet. The platform now manages 12,400 doors across 28 states, connecting property operators with a network of over 1,000 vetted trades. Occupello combines rent collection, maintenance work orders, tenant applications and onboarding, association governance, and an AI-assisted public site builder, so a four-door owner and a 600-door portfolio can run on the same tooling. The company is based in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
